When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are typically announced a few weeks before each event. Sign up for the mailing list to be first to hear.

Is there an age limit?
Most ECHO events are 18+. Check the individual event page for the specific rules of that event.

Can I refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets for a fixed-date event fall under the legal exception to the EU right of withdrawal. Full terms for exchanges, refunds and transfers will be published alongside our terms & conditions.
